Notable Things My Clients Said to the Judge Today
"Fuck you, you fucking faggot, you're dead."
-Needless to say, I'm now studying the law of contempt...and felony threatening a judge. It's nice to work in such an intellectually stimulating environment.

yeah, this guy is not the brightest bulb on the tree...I'm going to order the transcript solely for the purpose of memorializing that moment of stupidity.
My god. That's just so ridiculous. How did you even react to that? What did you do?
Needless to say...I was speechless...then the judge asked for him to be brought back in and I knew he was about to learn a very valuable lesson: Don't mess with someone who is a way higher level than you.
As I told Ismael earlier today, I'm sure I would've been shocked as well, but I beleive the appropriate thing to say at that point is this: "Your honor, my client meant that statement with all due respect, of course."
